Fan Experience
Fans can visit the Donald J. Brohard Hall of Traditions in the Puskar Center throughout the season. Fans can enter through the Puskar Center doors at 11:30 a.m., and the center and DJB HOT will close to fans at 1:30 p.m. The DJB HOT will re-open until halftime once the gates open, and fans can enter through doors in the South concourse.
Fanline
Fans are encouraged to call (304) 293-FANS or text AID to 94597 for stadium assistance. Both services are available on game day only.
Stadium Reentry
Stadium re-entry passes will not be issued for the 2011 season.
Traffic Information
No vehicles will be permitted to enter Don Nehlen Drive (formerly Willowdale Drive) from Route 705 after home football games. Both lanes on Don Nehlen Drive will be used for stadium traffic to exit the area. Also, no parking will be permitted on Don Nehlen Drive. Elmer Prince Drive will permit bus traffic only.
Fans traveling on I-79 should access the stadium via the University Avenue or Pierpont Road exits off I-68. Long delays are expected around the Star City area.
Food
Keep your food cold with a high quality cooler. Avoid mayonnaise-based foods whenever possible, as they go bad quickly. Never allow food to sit out at room temperature for longer than two hours. A good trick to use when packing your cooler is to place the food that needs to stay the coldest at the bottom, and layer ice or cold packs throughout. Food should be pre-chilled before placing it in the cooler.
Make sure all meats are cooked to the appropriate temperatures to prevent food poisoning. Use a meat thermometer. Poultry should be cooked until the meat is white, and hamburgers should have no traces of pink in the center. Grill fish until it flakes easily and is no longer translucent in the center.
